How do I book with Angel Moore Events?
To get started, simply fill out our inquiry form through our website. Once submitted, we’ll review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Please note: weekends are typically our busiest time, so inquiries sent between Friday and Sunday may take a bit longer to receive a response.
How long will my balloons last?
Because balloons are delicate by nature, we can’t guarantee a specific lifespan once they’ve been delivered or picked up. Several factors can affect how long they last, including:
Exposure to heat or extreme temperatures
Interaction with children or pets
Outdoor elements like branches, wind, or rough surfaces
Transport conditions (especially in hot or cold cars)
Direct sunlight
For best results, keep your balloons indoors in a climate-controlled space. If you’re picking them up, bring them inside as soon as possible—avoid leaving them in your car or garage for extended periods.
Note: Once balloons are in your possession, Angel Moore Events is not responsible for their condition. However, if damage occurs during our setup, we will replace the item or offer a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
Can I customize my balloons?
Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. You can choose your color palette, add special accents, and include personalized messages to match your event perfectly.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you have your event date secured. Ideally, reach out at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for planning, customization, and ordering any specialty items.
Need something last minute? We’ll do our best to accommodate! If we have availability, we can accept rush orders within 5 days of your event—please note that a rush fee will apply.
What types of balloons do you use?
We use high-quality balloons, including:
Biodegradable latex balloons
Premium mylar (foil) balloons
Our goal is to provide both beautiful and environmentally conscious options whenever possible.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 72 hours before installation or pickup.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
If your plans change, we’ll do our best to move your booking to a new date based on availability.
Deposits are non-refundable
If your event is canceled, your deposit will be applied as a credit toward a future booking
Please note that we cannot guarantee availability for rescheduled dates.
What happens after my event?
Balloon removal and disposal are typically the client’s responsibility. However, we do offer teardown services for an additional fee.

Will a grab-and-go garland fit in my car?
To safely transport your garland, we recommend clearing out your vehicle in advance. Remove sharp objects, groceries, car seats, and anything that could cause damage.
Vehicle recommendations:
4 ft garland: fits in most cars (with space cleared)
6–8 ft garland: mid-size SUV or larger recommended
10 ft+ garland: full-size SUV or larger recommended
Laying seats flat and maximizing open space will help prevent popping or damage during transport.
